Gathering weekly in Louisville to worship the triune God in reverence, joy, and the richness of the Reformed tradition.
Presbyterian in worship · Orthodox in doctrine · Evangelical in spirit — Since 2018
We are a congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church, planted in Louisville in 2018. Our desire is to see the gospel take root in our city — through reverent worship, faithful exposition of Scripture, and the ordinary means of grace.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the center of all we do. In Word, sacrament, and prayer, we seek his face, submit to his authority, and delight in his saving work.
Whether you are exploring the Christian faith, returning to church after years away, or seeking a community grounded in the historic Reformed confession — you are welcome here.
"The chief end of man is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever."— Westminster Shorter Catechism, Q.1
We hold to the Westminster Standards — the Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms — as a faithful summary of what the Scriptures teach concerning God, man, sin, salvation, and all things necessary for faith and life.
We confess the doctrines of grace: that God, out of his mere good pleasure, elected a people before the foundation of the world; that Christ, the eternal Son, became man and lived, died, and rose again for their redemption; and that the Spirit effectually calls, sanctifies, and preserves every believer unto final glory.
"Salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, to the glory of God alone."— The Five Solas of the Reformation
You are welcome here. Sunday morning is not a performance to watch — it is worship to enter. From the call to worship through the benediction, every element is offered to the glory of God.
Come as you are. If you have questions, so do we. If you've been hurt by the church before, we are sorry. If you've never set foot inside one, there is no better time to begin.
The Spirit works through ordinary means — the preached Word, fellowship, and mutual encouragement.
Regular gatherings for study, prayer, and mutual encouragement in the Christian life.
